It's Christmas Time!
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to make, color, bag and store royal icing.
We will dive into icing consistencies and focus on outline and flood (the two most common in decorating).
What to expect:
*You will share the workshop table with one partner.
*Together, you will make one batch of royal icing.
*Batch of icing will be shared with your partner and you will individually color and bag your own icing.
*4 sugar cookies will be provided for you to decorate as you please with your outline and flood consistency icing.
What's provided:
*Stand mixer
*All ingredients (meringue powder, water, powdered sugar)
*Mixing bowls
*Spatulas
*Colored food gel selection
*Aprons
*Bags for icing
*4 sugar cookies and tools to decorate with your just made icing!
Class time will range between 2- 2.5 hours.
